I kind of don't get this, it feels a bit clueless. In the year 2004, people are swapping news rather than music, only they're using blogs. The time-lag inherent in file-sharing is too high for news, but realtime posting to blogs is perfect. And it is happening now. I actually think the phrase "personal TV network" doesn't quite have the flavor of how this will evolve; I wouldn't necessarily describe all the MP3 files on my computer as a "personal radio station".
