And so after a rest day the Tour crosses relatively flat land for a few days, and so Mark Cavendish and his Columbia train took another victory, his fourth. Except for the sprint at the end, the rest of the 194.5km leg from Limoges to Issoudun was pretty ho hum, even without radios.
