 On this Memorial Day, I just want to thank all the men and women in our armed forces, from the bottom of my heart, starting with my daughter Nicole (who is a master-at-arms in the Navy). The Navy has a motto, "non sibi sed patriae", which means "not self but county", and that pretty much says it. These wonderful people - many of whom have, over the years, given their lives - ensure that you and I can raise our families in peace and prosperity, secure and free.
I really can't express my thanks and feelings any better than L.T. Citizen Smash did; I love his sentiments and echo them 100% percent.
We should never forget them - ever - but today, especially, let us all keep them in our thoughts.
